30‑Day Returns Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging

• All tags, labels, and accessories must be included

• The product must be in resellable condition

Used, damaged, or incomplete items may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at support@ecjbikes.com with:

• Your name

• Order number

• The item you want to return

• The reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Return Shipping

• If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll ship the replacement as soon as your return is received.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll resolve the issue quickly — either with a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
